Virtually hike along with some of the YellowstonePark.com team on an awesome trail in Wyoming's Wind River Range. The trailhead to the Cirque of Towers via Jackass Pass is at the Big Sandy Opening. Hikers enjoy a 6-mile flat hike to Big Sandy Lake before ascending the steep, rocky, exposed Jackass Pass to the Cirque of the Towers. The Cirque was first made famous among climbers across the world when an article was published in a 1950 magazine. This hike is an 18-mile round trip and the views are among the best in the Lower 48.
