Just a quick update on what has kept me away, and what is going on.  I should be back soon, I'm just not exactly sure when yet.  Don't worry, I'm still thinking about you guys, I haven't forgotten you.

We've had a cool week, and today was no different.  It kind of reminded me of fall, so I made some hearty soup.  Come and listen as I play with my food in the kitchen! I play the flute tune, Long, Long, Ago , an old folk song.

This episode I answer some questions that people have asked me. The first question comes from my daycare.  "How can we change our menu for the summer to suit 60 picky eaters, dietary requirements, and transportation?" Due to technical voodoo, the original part 2 of this podcast was lost... I have no idea where it went... The MP3 file is all corrupted and the Audacity file dissapeared.  *SIGH*  So this is a quick thrown together thing, talkinb about something that I did for supper earlier this week to feed the kids. I hope that you enjoy this, and I'll get working on doing another podcast to cover the "Pecan Apple Crumble Rib Roast Steak" and the "Chocolate Mousse with Raspberry Coulis and Frothed Whipping Cream".

Part 1 of a 2 part podcast.  In this part the kids are away, so mom is at play!  I make a Brunoise Beef Broth and the Goat Cheese Risotto Stuffed Lobster.  I use short grain brown rice to make the risotto. I'm a single mom to 4 kids...
